Academic Year Tutoring
Enrollment for both current and prospective students starts in the summer preceding their 6th-, 7th- or 8th-grade years. Each year, parents and students are required to complete an application and a student participation agreement. Additionally, each spring, we host a special enrollment session to invite CASA 5th-grade students and their parents to join the program.
Step Up operates as a flexible, drop-in program, allowing students to attend sessions as their individual schedules permit.
For any questions or further information, please email us at stepup@hope.edu.
Summer Camp
The Summer Step Up 2025 program is scheduled from June 16 to July 31, with a break during the week of June 30. Students are expected to attend all six weeks, with sessions running from 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., Monday–Thursday on Hope College’s campus. The camp offers a diverse range of educational and enjoyable activities, including subjects like geology, 3D printing and more. This summer promises to be our most exciting yet!
Breakfast and lunch will be provided daily. The Summer Step Up program is designed for students who have just completed 6th through 8th grade.
