Flat posters — 24" x 36" — presented on a poster board. Posters submitted by Tuesday, April 7, 2026, will be paid for by CURCA. After April 7, departments are responsible for printing costs, and poster printing will depend on Print and Mail Services’ capacity. Timely submission is strongly encouraged. |

Poster Setup Students will need to set up posters at DeVos Fieldhouse anytime within the above time frame. Push pins will be provided. CURCA staff will be present at DeVos Fieldhouse from 11 a.m.–5 p.m. to assist with poster setup and answer any questions. |
